During my stay at The Capital Empire, I appreciated the spacious and clean accommodations, though I found the sound isolation lacking. The staff were consistently friendly and helpful, which really enhanced my experience. While I enjoyed the breakfast, I wish there were more variety in the dining options beyond what was offered each day.

7.0/10

My stay at The Capital Empire was quite pleasant overall. The location is fantastic, with direct access to shopping and corporate areas. While the service was warm and welcoming, there were a few areas that needed some improvement, particularly regarding the airport shuttle information and the condition of the pool. Nonetheless, I appreciated the spacious room and great dining options nearby.

The service was excellent, as the staff were very friendly and went out of their way to assist me whenever needed. However, I felt a bit rushed at check-in, which was a bit surprising considering my gold member status.

Facilities were decent overall, but the swimming pool was not well-maintained during my visit (the water level seemed low and it looked a bit green). However, the housekeeping team did a fantastic job, ensuring my apartment was spotless.
